Got it to work, the most recent bsod is from the verifier.

The above driver is related to your AMD USB filter driver, I would suggest checking for a chipset update from your motherboard support page or the AMD support page.

The crash has happened, since the faulting driver, referenced memory which has also been freed and then attempted to cause a page fault.

I'd check on that, but the thing is that it's getting worse. At first it would just bsod, then sometimes it would shut off and instantly restart without the bsod, then it would just cut off the monitor, keyboard, and mouse (the LEDs would go off), and now everytime I try to boot up using my hard drive, it shows a black screen with the typing icon thats a small white bar, kind of like the one on the cmd prompt. But there is no typing and I can't type anything. I really need to get this fixed because I really need my computer for school. Right now I'm using my old laptop but it runs ridiculously slow.
EDIT: Also could you give me a link or something to the drivers I need to get? I can't find any, other than the BIOS which I've already updated.

Download HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download and let's see what voltages you have when in windows. It kind of sounds like a bad PSU (Power Supply Unit).

I would but like I said before everytime I boot up my computer I get the black screen with the blinking cursor, if you have an iso file I could try booting it and see if that works.
EDIT: I reset my computer to factory settings again, because that was the only way it was letting me start up windows. I couldn't even get into safe mode before. I'm attaching the text log of that program you sent me Britton30.
EDIT2: Installed the AMD chip set from my computer support website, still getting BSODs. Also I've noticed lots of freezing and hanging in windows.

Are you able to boot into the BIOS too, and post the 3.3V, 5V and 12V rails values?

Yes I think I can do that.
EDIT: Attaching a picture of the voltages. They would stay around the voltages they are supposed to be at, barely changing.
EDIT2: Computer is running pretty good at the moment, no blue screens for the past few hours of using it. But I've had lots of hangs. Mozilla Firefox will freeze lots of times when loading new things and not respond, sometimes the Windows Update screen will freeze and not respond, and I just tried playing a game called osu! and I can feel like hanging when I click on things and sometimes it'll freeze and repeat the same audio and video for a few seconds like a glitch.

moieu I noticed you mentioned a factory default well for my 2 cents worth if you are going to do that you would be far better of with this http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html this will get rid of any bloat but only if you do decide on a reinstall.

I would even go out on a limb and with Britton say the PSU might be suspect - the 5v is down and the 12v just about holding it's own.

I know my tester crashed repeatedly with 11.8v on the 12v rail so just shows you how tight some of th voltage tolerances can be.

This is what I wanted to see from HWinfo, Sensors Only.

View attachment 293404

There's not much load on the PSU in BIOS.

What error code do you get trying to install SP1?

Well unless I am reading it wrong - Britton would know better than me there is no 5v readings in the area he indicated.

Plus if you had SP1 there before you factory defaulted unless I am also very wrong again it would have come with the original OEM. That is with the Windows 7 the manufacturer would have put on so that indicates to me the hard drive is corrupted.

The option I gave you for reinstall as long as you pick the correct ISO it will come with SP1 - just make sure the version doesn't have the (N) against it that means it does not have certain pieces of Windows fro example Windows Media Player. Read carefully point 1. I am not real sure what language you want but make sure too you get that right if in doubt - ask.

Yes of course, I just have to wait for my computer to want to turn back on lol. It's doing that thing again where the computer will stay on but everything connected to it (monitor, keyboard, mouse) aren't coming up. Even after a bsod it does it. But I'll post them when I get the chance.
EDIT: Got it to start up. Here you go.

Your Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC driver seems to be outdated, and causing problems, please update the driver from here - Realtek

Code:
nt!KiPageFault+260
fffff800`02ab8a60 440f20c0 mov rax,cr8

The mov instruction is used to move data from the cr8 register into the rax register.

Alright I'm trying to update those drivers but after about a minute of my computer being on it shuts off everything connected to it. Keyboard and mouse leds go out, and my monitor goes into standby mode like its not connected to anything. And then I have to wait a bit before it will fully boot again. If I don't wait, everytime it starts my monitor will stay in standby mode, and my keyboard and mouse leds will not come on.
EDIT: Booting it in safe mode now, seeing if it will cut off then.
EDIT2: Alright able to download the driver in safe mode, it's not cutting off on me or anything. So I don't know if it's a hardware problem considering it's running safe mode perfect. I'm going to let it keep running and if anything weird happens I will post with an update.
EDIT3: No problems in safe mode! Hopefully that's a good sign. I updated the realtek driver so I'll run in normal windows and see if that helps.
EDIT4: Ran for about 10 minutes and then crashed again. Once again pc stays on but everything connected to it doesn't, and monitor went to standby.

Did it crash in Safe Mode, or did you boot into Windows normally after updating the driver?

I started it in normal after downloading it in safe mode and it crashed.
EDIT: Safe mode stops loading files at AtiPcie.sys by the way, I don't know if that makes any difference.
EDIT2: Alright just did that completely full reset IC was talking about, with the cd and everything, and after installing a lot of windows updates, skype, League of Legends, and my software for my keyboard, mouse, headset, and stuff, I got a freeze while playing League of Legends, had to restart my computer. Then I got a blue screen. Will post the dump here. I really hope this isn't a hardware problem because honestly I can't afford replacing parts right now...
