nvlddmkm & dxgkrnl BSOD

ive been having this issue for quite some time now and cant figure out the real problem..ive tried everything from, underclocking the gfx card,removing ram, updated drivers, a giant box fan for cooling, disabling aero..all nothing..it crashes all the time if i try to run a windows experience indix or even if iam just browsing the net..so now i turn to the experts and see if anyone help input on this matter...hopefully one day i can get this fixed...i posted below the reports i get from who crashed and they are always the same ones..is directx 11 and my gfx card not jiving with each other? thanks for any help and if more info is needed please let me know.

windows 7 ultimate x64
amd phenom quad core 2.20 ghz
bfg geforce 9800 gt gfx card
7gb ram

Oh and by the way you uploaded the "shortcut" to the files not the files themselves. TRy this method





To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.



To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.

sorry i left that out 650 watt max...ill also add that my son used to play games on here and i never noticed but the exhaust fan would stop working at times and id always hear one of the other fans running at max speed for a minute or 2 before it cooled down..could it possibly be the gfx card may have got to hot and is now acting up...just a thought as iam all out at this point...ive read thru a ton of forums trying to figure this one out..thanks zigzag for any help m8

Most ceertainly can be the video driver, card, heat, probably not power.

We need the DMP's to find out.

i guess iam due for a new gfx card if thats the case..the drivers are 270.61 which are the latest releases for this card..think i got the dumps uploaded properly for ya this time.

ive done some more testing on the gfx card with a stress test and it crashes 1-2 seconds after i start the test..iam suspect that the gfx is just going bad or has been damaged by heat and cant handle much anymore...so before i go any further i believe i will replace the gfx card and if it still continues after that ill go from there...thx zigzag
