I was given a Toshiba Satellite C665D. I tried running the recovery media creator but got a message that said No HDD recovery area. The Toshiba recovery media creator can not be launched. I contacted the previous owner and was told no recovery media was done for the notebook and he created a new partition as there was free space on the HDD which seems to have wiped the recovery partition I don't understand how as the recovery partition was hidden, I figured out how to unhide the partition and it shows the recovery folder but it is empty. What I would like to know is there any way to get the recovery partition back. Thanks.
