Solved Office 2013 Issue; "Save As" dialog box blank/grayed out

Hello,

I have been working on this issue for quite some time, please help.

This computer has multiple profiles on it. This problem only seems to happen on 1 profile, not sure if that profile may be corrupt..

Troubleshooting I've done..
Quick repair
Online repair
Completely uninstalled, rebooted, and installed Office 2013 32 bit
Ran sfc/ scannow and rebooted

Non of those have worked. Any input is greatly appreciated!!

Hi, welcome to the Forum.

If it only happens to one persons profile, then try setting up a new user profile for that person. If that fixes the problem delete their old profile.

Thanks for the reply Ranger! I will see if I can do that (I have to get permission from the Sys Admin).

Yes, you will have to get that permission. In fact the Sys Admin is the one that should fix it anyway.
