I'm trying to install the driver from HP for the Officejet J4580 and I get a message that "This Computer does not have the necessary USB software support to all completion of a USB installation." I have USB items installed and currently running. I use Windows 7. It's a new dell laptop Precision 7510 64 bit 32 gb ram. Any help? HP says they don't support this printer any longer, but had the driver on their support website.
