oovoo install problem

Dear All
when i sign in to oovoo, ask me to upgrade and i did upgrade then i tried to sign in but ask me to upgrade again ... any body knows what is the reosen for this problem and how can i fix it.
i deleted the oovoo and download from oovoo.com but still have a problem that i mentioned.

i'm in iran, this country interdict i think update problem for oovoo is interdiction in iran,anyway i should use vpn for this matter.
