"Open with" keeps opening up whenever I open an audio file

I have set the default program to foobar2000 multiple times, but I continuously have to click on it out of the "Open with" menu each time it pops up. I've also tried setting the default in the "Default Programs" folder, but it doesn't work either.

Tried reinstalling Foobar2000, maybe it will re-apply file associations?

Also check http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/19449-default-file-type-associations-restore.html, maybe you can just restore the needed audio files and re-apply afterwards?
