Solved OpenCLL.dll not found error

Hi

interesting results on that FRST report i can tell you that if you open a thread in BC, they will certainly remove a couple of known hack tools DAZ loader and Kmspico.
These tools are OS activation exploits, its possible that they are the cause of the defender restrictions
once removed from your system the OS will likely turn Non-Genuine

it does show policy restrictions in place for defender, also an Unsigned version of it
anything marked <<< attention requires investigation..... you have a fair few
i can also see torrent downloads, and some suspicious temp files

I HIGHLY recommend you rerun and post the latest results on the BC forum
they will require both reports

can you run this tool copy/paste the results... i will be able to tell if the product key is genuine, and if the hacks are operational

This is my setup-- I cop to using DAZ though it puts me in a bad light. No excuses.

I'm getting set to do the earlier msconfig procedure.

edit.

Some spooky things.

Before I ran the msconfig disables routine I did not get the error message on screen. It may be lurking to pop up,
who knows.

On the Microsoft Genuine Advantage, It shows the report of the installed Windows ISO I have with the three restarts
listed.

As we speak everything thing is still disabled. I thought my workgroup was unavailable but I think it is.

Anyway, I'll leave this PC on but I'd like to reboot out of curiosity.

I'll contact Bleeping and see what's going on there.

thats the smart move
using 3rd party torrent software/programs is the wrong way to go

i'll look out on BC im a member there

please still post the mgadiag, thats my forte, not thier malware section

DO NOT DO ANYTHING once the BC adviser picks it up

MSinfo would be handy byut not neccessary until ALL malware has been removed

Which screen of MGA would you like-- they are multiple tabs.

I'll not get into torrents debate though.

I think MGA is better left alone. This thread is about DAZ activator after all.

the mgadiag is a report .... all i will do is analyse it, i/we cannot change anything in it.
DAZ/Kmspico introduce additional changes/steps as to how the licence is validated

im following your BC thread
note
the dlv command is only a partial of what mgadiag reports, and will NOT show the changes made by DAZ/Kmspico and therefor the true status of your OS cannot be verified accuratly

In post 42, you said the message didn't come up. Is that still the case?

In post 42, you said the message didn't come up. Is that still the case?

As I observed it, when the clean boot was made, then the Message was not present. When I started Win7 with
an Administrator account I made for these purposes of doing what is needed from your instrructions, on that
account the message did not appear.

After restarting normally and going to User lon in the usual way, the message is back. I have not heard from
Bleeping yet on the log I sent to them. As we've noted, the DAZ Activator program is the likely culprit though
I don't know what sort of fix will be recommended.

IM sorry but just because you dont like what someone said to you and your not prepaired to follow thier instructions is sad

I told you that i was monitoring that thread - he didnt dump

NO more help from me

NOTE
MOST FORUM HELP SITES HAVE TO WORK FROM A BASELINE, ie a genuine OS
DAZ/KMSpico is only used so that you can run a pirated system

If a person is using a pirated system, then I think the policy in this forum is, as torchwood mentioned, that we don't provide help. I'll not dig into that since I don't know.

If the message doesn't occur after doing the clean boot, then I suggest doing another one but not disabling any services. Just disable the startup items. If that helps, then we can start narrowing things down.

Are you using a pirated system? If you are, I don't have any choice but to quit.

If your install is pirated then reinstall with a legit license. The sooner the better.

Before I leave this topic I will say that the suggestion to turn off all startup in msconfig seems to have gotten rid of the pesky Defender message. I'll mark this solved. And would likely wipe the disk anyway. I was being cooperative.

As to doing anything with Windows 7 which is no longer supported by Microsoft I fail to see why buying things for it is even brought up. The fact that sevenforums continues is worthwhile. But the policy on assistance based on legal ownership after the product is out of production seems flawed. You don't have to respond to that. I'd only suggest that the policy be changed.

My last comment. All you need to do is disable things in Startup in say groups of 3 until you find the culprit.

You have a program installed to bypass activation. That makes your copy of Windows pirated which not only goes against MS's terms of use but leaves your system open to spyware and other malicious crap that you don't want. That is why we aren't allowed to help. If you value your security you should reinstall sooner rather than later. We aren't pointing blame after all for all we know the system could have come like that. However with that malicious crap on there tere's no telling what it is doing. It could be spying on everything you type, reading every webpage you visit, even taking screenshots of your activities.
