ok, i have been reading from last night and trying everything so here is my problem, thank you in advance to anyone that may try to help and/or suceed, i really appreciate it. I believe this started b/c i was dumb and forced shut down in the middle of running a disk check b/c it was taking too long, but later i did complete the disk check from command prompt, but still would not boot. I have a toshiba satellite laptop running a vista upgraded to windows 7 premium 32 bit. I pretty much tried everything and am backing up my files to my external in case i have to re-install but i thought i would post here and see if there is anyway to get my os to boot. I have tried system restore, says can't find any restore points which i never deleted. I have tried to repair startup, says error 0x0 but says no problem with boot. I have my win 7 repair disc that i made, doesnt do anything to help, i downloaded the repair disk from neosmart but didn't help, i don't have a regular windows 7 instalation disc b/c it was part of the free upgrade by toshiba, i just have the upgrade disc, don't think that will get me to the place i need to repair my computer from the install page on a normal win 7 installation disc. I have tried the bootrec.exe functions form command prompt, didn't help.I have tried to boot from safe mode, safe mode with command prompt both only come back to black screen with unblinking curser, i pretty much tried every thing possible from the repair my computer choices after f8, tried to boot in every way, i am happy that i was able to recover my files to an external through command prompt regedit but it just seems crazy to me that there is no way to fix this os boot, expecially since i have never had a problem with my laptop in almost a year, keep everything up to date, and keep it protected always. There has to be a way to fix this, thank you to anyone who can take the time, again i would really appreciate it. :D

Did you make an Image of your hard drive when you made your repair disc? If so, put the repair disc in the drive and boot to it. Select backup from and Image I created and use the disc or USB drive you used to image your system when it asks for it. If you didn't make and image backup, you should just stick around because there are some really good people here that will be willing to help you out.
