Thank you so much for this last post. I've had this problem of Outlook not opening (except for Safe Mode) for over a year now. I ended up creating a shortcut that launched it in Safe Mode. There are also some great comments and suggestions on the YouTube link above that I will also try. According to the YouTube posts, the problem started with TeamViewer. I have used this program for years and it has been great. Never associated the problems with Outlook with TeamViewer. I hope Microsoft figures this one out.
