I am using Office XP Pro with Windows 7 (same problem on Windows XP Pro). I have three accounts in Outlook. Each time I close Outlook and sometimes when Windows Hibernates Outlook loses the passwords for my accounts. All the accounts work once I reenter the passwords and continue to work as long as I don't close Outlook. Is there some way I can get Outlook to remember my passwords?

Hiya and welcome to the forums.

I'm using Outlook 2007 but it hasn't changed much so if I remember correctly from Office XP days there is an option under "tools" "email accounts" to "remember password" ... make sure it's ticked ;)

The Remember password box is checked and has been all along. I have had the tech support for my ISP look at it and he can't figure it out either.
