Outlook Accounts Passwords

I am using Office XP Pro with Windows 7 (same problem on Windows XP Pro). I have three accounts in Outlook. Each time I close Outlook and sometimes when Windows Hibernates Outlook loses the passwords for my accounts. All the accounts work once I reenter the passwords and continue to work as long as I don't close Outlook. Is there some way I can get Outlook to remember my passwords?

Hiya and welcome to the forums.

I'm using Outlook 2007 but it hasn't changed much so if I remember correctly from Office XP days there is an option under "tools" "email accounts" to "remember password" ... make sure it's ticked

Outlook Accounts

The Remember password box is checked and has been all along. I have had the tech support for my ISP look at it and he can't figure it out either.
