Hi There,

I have made a simple html signature and installed it into outlook's signature folder. When I make a new email in shows up all good and well. However, when you want to insert it by clicking the signature button on the toolbar- nothing is inserted.

Does anyone know what might be the problem here?

Thanks

Yes, it turned out to be a simple matter of changing the format of the email to HTML. When you are replying to another persons email the format of their email will determine whether or not you can insert the html. The three possible formats being Plain Text, Rich Text or HTML.
