overheating gpu, cpu when playing games

Before I playing games perfectly with my amd hd 4670 gpu, playing games like most wanted 2 , hot pursuit etc.
But now when I playing games fps drops by 20 - 30%.
And cpu usage over 80-90%, gpu temperature over 70.

I format my system many times but I can't solve my problem afterall remove dust from my motherboard, gpu etc but still getting same problem.

What methods of cooling do you have inside your case, obviously there will be stock fans for air flow and so on

Also do you have anything that is obstructing you computer or have you moved your computer into a tight space such as underneath a desk or next to a wall

Download a program called speccy as well as this will give you a detailed look at what temperatures you are running on and off stress loads
