Paperport 12 and Please install MSXML 4.0

I get the error "Please install MSXML 4.0" when Paperport tries to set up scanner. I cannot now use the program. Any ideas? REL

Resolved issue by using Ghost 15 and going to a time before error surfaced. I have tried every fix before having to restore the hard drive to an earlier time. Nuance's fixes were extremely unhelpful and facilitated loading drivers that were out of date.
