I couldn't tell exactly from the manual but it appears the X99 Sabertooth will allow each fan to run on either PWM or voltage control independently of the other fans. I'm not sure if the switch has to be made manually in the UEFI or if it will switch automatically
But maybe they should sell a PWM 4 wire LED instead of just the 3 wire. The LED fans are static pressure and can spin at 1440 RPM, but they are 3 wire and not PWM.
