Yep, min and max to 100% both, we are setting them to 100% so any throttling will show itself with HWInfo.

Ok so GokAy you said min and max to 100% both. rvcjew said max to 100%. I'm little confused right now. I'm confused because i restarted my pc and there was 'welcome' and pc beeped and freezed. So it did't even show the desktop and it freezed.

I said min/max 100% so that any throttling would show itself in HWInfo. High Performance should be 100/100 if it is still has the default settings though.

Did you try again after that freezing?

Ok so, i load optimized settings in bios, i performed clean boot, and still beep and freeze. Even if i don't touch anything if beep, then i try to open chrome or something and it doesn't (freeze). Something is very wrong with this PC, i have no idea what. Also it beeped and freezed at startup too :/. I will scan now with windows defender.

Try removing any and all unnecessary devices from the PC (DVD-ROM, external drives, printers, etc). Unplug any front panel connectors like (USB/Firewire/ESATA)

Okay I thought we already asked you Mitja for a memory test but I can not find a result in this thread so do this as first thing now. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html if you want you can make a disc of the UBCD in my sig it will also have this tool among many others in it for the future (only run memtest86+ for now). Please post a pic of the results, and if it starts and goes red stop it and try it with each stick one at a time for at least 8 passes, also can you update your system specs by using the guide in my sig. Especially the RAM please.

OK thanks everyone i will try all your ideas, i just need some time. Very important thing that i forgot to tell is that some weeks ago when i installed pirate version of 8.1 pro from DVD i had the same beep and freeze while installing. And then when windows was installed and i put original dvd with drivers it also beeped and freeze more times. Maybe dvd reader makes this sound? Keep that mind i don't have dvd in it when i play games or do other stuff.

Well when you have one available you should run that as first thing cause if your ram is bad you will have all kinds of problems that look like they are caused by other issues.

I can't recall if this has been mentioned:
Try running the PC on one stick of RAM, installed in the first RAM slot (usually A1). Run it like that long enough to see if the problem remains.
If it does, switch the RAM stick for another, still running 1 stick.
Keep doing that until either the problem goes away or you have tried all RAM sticks

Let us know what you find.

i used Memory Diagnostic Tool and there weren't any problems. I don't know when i will buy a new USB.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/715-memory-diagnostics-tool.html
That tool is not as good so yes I do recommend you still do the memtest+x86 if you can, if not try the diagnostic test again and leave it running for around 8 hours. Also I would try that with each stick like how TVeblen describes it.

Did you send your HDD in with the pc when it got checked cause if they had the issue happen in house and still deemed your hardware okay that's not good service. Please do the one stick of RAM at a time then report back.

Sorry for very late reply. The problem is still here. I don't know the computers very good so i'm not sure when you say 'Try running the PC on one stick of RAM, installed in the first RAM slot' Must i unplug other sticks or are there settings in Bios? If it is RAM issue i still don't know why i hear the sound (beep). Anyways i started playing Rainbow Six Siege and it freezes many times (its new and good game) and when i play gta san andreas (old game) it usually doesn't freeze.

It more than likely failed to make the usb stick bootable during the memtest install so the bios can see it but nothing will load when booting from it. Did you make sure to let it format the disk when it created the stick for memtest use?
