PC randomly turns on

I have built a PC of my own and it turns on randomly at night and right after I hibernate it. I have to turn the switch off on the psu all the times.

Please help... Its driving meh crazy

Go to device manager and double click on all devices. In Power Management you should untick the box as shown in the picture - but not for the mouse and keyboard. Those you need to wake up the system.
