Pc Constantly restarts after failing to install graphics drivers

Hi im CrazyKilla

Yesterday i thought that i will update my graphics card drivers so i did, eventually it told me to restart my pc so i did, once it continued the update it told me that the update failed, so i restarted my pc again and thought ill find different drivers or something, but i noticed that my sound wasnt working neither was my internet and i also had the old white start bar and folders, i thought i was in safe mode but i wasnt, so i restarted one more time but this time it wont boot at all, once it reaches the windows 7 splash (where the 4 bubbles connect into a square and make the windows 7 logo), and even if it does it will just reboot, i tried resetting my motherboard settings, i tried goin into safe mode and i tried the "last known good configuration (advanced) but nothing seems to help

Right now the pc gets past the windows 7 splash, then both my monitors turn on, the mouse appears on the main monitor and then it reboots, also it goes into windows repair but that doesnt help

Try Simplifying. Remove one graphics card and one monitor. Then try to get into Safe Mode.
If you can get in, remove the graphics cards and monitors from device manager and then reboot.
Then see if you can get into Windows Normal with just the generic Windows driver.
If so, then you can start over.

I had 2 graphics cards and 2 monitors, i removed 1 of each but still same problem, it might not be relevant but when i installed the graphics card drivers i did a clean install, which neans it might have deleted my drivers first, then failed to install new ones.
I cannot get into any of the 3 safe modes, all of the options in advanced boot settings do nothing, i tried doing system restore but for some reason the only recovery tool my pc has is system repair therefor i cant restore

Try these steps to install only the graphics driver.

1.Download the preferred driver and save it to the desktop.
2.Double click the installer and you will see a screen where it will be extracted to, change that to your desktop.
3.Open Device Manager through Control Panel.
4.Expand Display adapters and right click the name for yours and choose Update Driver\Browse my Computer. Select the driver folder you just saved on the desktop. Click Next.
5. Your system should say "Windows has successfully updated your driver software".

If you get a window saying you already have the most current driver, go back to step 4 and choose Uninstall Driver software instead. Then restart from step 3.

You will, of course, do this from another computer:

Download the ISO from Digital River that is explained in the tutorial posted by Britton30 above (Repair Install) and burn a Repair Disk/Installation Disk.

With that you can attempt these solutions.

Or you can borrow an installation disk from anyone.

Or, since you are using another computer anyway, create a repair disk from within Windows 7 (assuming the computer you are using is running the same version of Windows 7 as you have on your computer)

I downloaded the iso file which matches my version of windows, but when i put it onto my external hardrive it added 2 more boot devices, OEM and Virtual CDROM, both of these options end up giving me a black screen with the cursor then a restart, i also tried startup repair with these 2 but still end up with only 1 recovery tool
If it helps, i put everything thats on my external hard drive into a hidden folder then put the iso into the external hard drive, i didnt extract it or anything

With an ISO you are supposed to create a bootable CD.

Place a blank CD in your optical drive, then double click on the .iso file and in Windows 7 you will be guided through the process of burning a disk.

If you have Nero or a similar CD burning program you can use that instead if you wish.

Follow the tutorial I posted a link too. It tell you to make a bootable DVD or USB flash drive, not an external USB hard drive.

Ok, i decided to just shove my not working HDD into a working pc, take any files that i need, reinstall windows 7 with the CD i finally found under my Bed (wtf?), and then shove the crap that i backed up back into my pc
This saved me lots of pointless stuff that i needed to do...
