Hey guys, i understand completely about not posting emails...i was gonna send it to u in a pm.....ANYWAY....i walked him through the process of MANAGING STARTUP PROGRAMS by fone and then restarted his pc and he says it is much, much faster. HE DID READ ALL THE POSTS OF THIS THREAD....but i still cant convince him to join, but i do want to THANK ALL OF YOU....for all the helpful advise...i will work with him over the next few weeks to hopefully tweek his pc to optimum performance...THANKS AGAIN.

- I have four pc's. This HP is my best and favorite one. It does most everything although its is 3 yrs old. I have upgraded the hard drive and installed windows 7 ultimate on that drive and now it is Sweeeeeeet.
