Performance for page file on fat16

Hi all,

This is my very first post and I hope to blend in with the community. I have some question regarding the placement of the page file on a fat16 partition.

1. Is a fat16 partition actually faster than a NTFS partition?
2. Would placing the page file in a fat16 partition garantee a performance gain?

fat16 is highly outdated...
fat32 superseded followed by ntfs.
Fat filesystems have a size limit of the available per a file.

I know that you can't have store a file bigger than 4 gigs on an fat filesystem but I'm refering to the page file which is less than 4 gb.
