PhotoshopCC and LightroomCC

I am a photographer and use Photoshop and Lightroom every day for my core work. When viewing an image in Photoshop at 100% I can scroll around without and lag. When trying to do the same in Lightroom it sometimes work OK but more often is very slow to respond.

Any suggestions as to why I have this intermittent performance in Lightroom?

You might confirm your gpu = graphic's card
Is it really a GeForce 210 ?

I doubt you have to look farther than that
cc2014 is a very graphic's heavy batch of programs
I barely got by with a gt640 which is a 1gb card = minimum requirements and I'm sure than minimum needs to be 2gb.

I also see you have IOBit as your antivirus program ?
That is a not so friendly windows program I'd suggest getting rid of it.

Thanks for your reply. I have update my system specs in my profile. I am running GeForce 760 and ha also ditched IOBit.

The problem with Lightroom is intermittent which is really annoying and difficult to diagnose. I have found a number of posts on other site covering graphics card requirements when using LR and it seems the is virtually no difference in performance between a minimum spec GPU and a high spec.

Hi,
With cc2014 you should use the support of Adobe provides included in the price you pay,
Which most of the time is a complete removal and reinstall = been there and done it many times.

Using IOBit you may have to undo all alterations by doing a clean install of the entire os at last result or if you want to skip to a fresh slate.
