Photosmart 3210 driver on Win7 RC x64

I tried to install the HP driver for a Photosmart 3210 all-in-one printer (Vista 64 bit version) and it worked with the compatibility mode.
Now the printer/scanner works, but everytime I boot it will try to update the driver, then it fails and tell me that the driver could not be installed....
What should I do?

Now I removed the HP driver and manually installed the default MS one.
The printer works, but now it wont work anymore as a scanner.
I think I will go back to the HP driver and I will get the error message at every boot but at least the scanner can work...
