Solved Picture dups in windows live photo gallery

I have up to 6 duplications of each pic showing in the file. I have no idea how the dups occurred. Any suggestions how to stop the dups and freeware program to use for clearing them out. Thanks

I would delete all of that (File > Select all > Delete) and then File > Include a folder

Thanks for your reply. I came to the same conclusion "delete" the whole bloody mess. It's just to risky to use a freeware program to clear the dups , it may take more then just the pics and then I would have a real problem!

On my other unit running Win 7 same thing has happened.... could be my setup for Live photo.... strange.
