Pin to start menu or taskbar

There is no pin to start menu or taskbar option in the right click menu, help.

I click Start, All Programs, then right click on any program listed with an icon to find no Pin to Start Menu and no Pin to Taskbar. I've recently upgraded from Windows Vista Premium to Windows 7 Premium. I do have the quicklaunch on the taskbar and have room on the Start menu.

I have both "pin to Start Menu" and "pin to Task Bar" options with right click. I also upgraded from Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit).

Can you post a screenshot so we're really talking about the same thing?
