Please Help BSOD every 10 seconds!!!

So if I try and Boot my computer normally it will crash after 10 seconds or so of being loaded. I will get the all loved BSOD and i don't have too much knowledge about how to begin to fix it. I have booted in safe mode w/ networking so i can access the forums. I have also Downloaded BlueScreenView if that helps.... please help!!!

Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\atikmdag.sys (8.1.1.921, 4.76 MB (4,994,560 bytes), 8/18/2009 6:48 AM)

You will probably need to boot into safe mode if your system keeps crashing. Run your virus scanner AND malwarebytes.

Also checking:

Probably caused by : amdk8.sys ( amdk8!PStateWorkerThread+86 )

Realtek network controller not bad, but update if available:
Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\rt86win7.sys (7.17.304.2010, 271.03 KB (277,536 bytes), 3/4/2010 3:42 PM)

In addition to Lemur's good, sold advice, I strongly recommend that you uninstall McAfee using this removal tool: [FONT=&quot]Tool. McAfee is a known cause of BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials in its place. Make sure Windows Firewall is turned on.

I also find an almost guaranteed BSOD maker on your systems. This is an XP driver and way out of date.

Ok I used the McAfee tool and Yes my Windows Firewall is 'on'. The Driver ASACPI.sys is updated and registers as 2009. [FONT=&quot]AtiHdmi.sys has been updated along with the driver for my optical mouse. The only Problem i had is with the I/O port issue, I didnt understand how to update it from the page, if you can help any more i would appreciate it.

I updated the drivers you suggested and running the scan now.

Well got another BSOD, restart to see if it would do it again and yep. It happens randomly with the same 7f code. Here is the BSOD Dump and collection.

Also i try to perform the system health report like it says here, http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html, and it says


An error occured while attempting to generate the report.



The system cannot find the path specified.

Well i cant even load my computer long enough to install the graphics driver. I have very little patience with trying to deal with windows 7. looks like i wasted alot of money when i bought my copy. I cant install the drivers in safe mode either. So i guess i will install the crappy windows vista home premium 32bit i have thats covered in dust. thank you all for the help and concern and im sorry we couldnt resolve this issue Semper Fi

I'd like you to run Guru3D to completely remove the ATI driver. Then reinstall the newest ATI driver.
