Okay so I'm only 16 and really need help. I know quite alot about pcs and the BIOS and stuff like that but I have no idea how to fix this. I was on my pc then suddenly a blue screen came up and said dumping physical memory and then went to 100 and restarted and everytime I booted the pc up it did this right away and kept restarting. I just assumed I had a virus and reformatted the pc. However once I reformat it and the pc restarts an error message comes up saying windows setup could not configure on this hardware. I have tried alot of things including changing my SATA mode. Please help I do not know what to try

I cant because every time I load it up now it just gets to the part where it says starting windows then tells me that windows didnt launch and prompts me to start a full destructive recovery and i have done about 4 full recoveries now with no luck what so ever

Do you have any system restore points?

Make sure all cables are in correctly and components are free of dust.

you could try running 'sfc /scannow' from the windows installation disk to see if that throws up any problems (you run that command in the command prompt)

In your first post you state that you reformatted your system.
Did you follow any tutorials? If so could you post which one you followed.
What Windows 7 did you install?

From post # 1

I just assumed I had a virus and reformatted the pc.
