I have solved several instances like that. But hey, i am not one to argue against your knowledge. I do respect your knowledge m8. And i accept that i might be wrong in this case.

@titi2. Following the steps in order provided by the link at Bleeping Computer that I provided should not require a restart until after you have completed running MBAM.

However, in the event you do restart prior to running MBAM, you may need to run "ieExplorer" (or some other version of RKill) in order to allow MBAM to run. You shouldn't need it again after that.
