Windows 8 Enterprise is for businesses. I think you want Windows 8 Pro which is $39.99 if you upgrade from Windows 7.

The only version that could possibly be obtained legally is the Windows 8 RTM that is a Pro version so there is no upgrade path for that as it would be a "down-grade" from a Windows 7 Ultimate.
