Printing Excel-sheet

Hi, I recently began learning Office 2010 and have an Excel specific question. The thing is, when I print an Excel-file I prepared the print is real tiny, almost unreadable as if the sheet should be divided into 6 or 7 pages rather than the 3 pages that I have somehow managed to get it down to. It looks fine on the screen, but the printout...
A magnifying glass is called for to read the file unless somebody can clue me in as to what I'm
doing wrong.

I'd be most hankful for any and all advice 'cause I'm at wits end, and the sooner the quicker :D

Check the Page Layout tab, then the Scale to Fit section. Here you can set the height and width of the printed version in pages - you may have something here.

What happens if you change the 'scaling' to 100%, ignoring the number of pages wide and high?

It's starting to look like you just have the font sizes really small? But, having that big screen, they look fine on-screen and print really small.

No, that's too obvious - I wouldn't set font size to, for instance, 2 or 3 pts; even I know that's wrong.
It was set to the standard 11 pts. Please try again. Plus it didn't look fine on screen, it was tiny there too.

I have noticed the zoom is set to 60% in the bottom-right, but that won't change how it's printed

No, just the screen view. However, the point is now moot as my employer is fine with a one-page-per-tab solution.

Added unforeseen bonus: it also makes it easier to jump between pages at random rather than scrolling one long page.

Thank you for hanging in there with me 'Creep', talk to you next time ;)

No problem :) I'll be here a lot now since the Xbox forums changed to some weird layout... but that's another story :p
