problem deleting error download from internet explorer

ok - have tried the ctrl shift delete option - no choice of default delete - and if i set google.co.uk as homepage again it brings the three.ie page back - sorry to be a nuisance!

cannot send email on windows mail

Hi cannot send email on windows mail - receiving ok - can anyone help please. BT took charge of my computer screen the other day to alter my email to a paid for premium mail but they were unable to configure it so don't know if anything has been altered to cause this problem.
