Thats great!
It's good to know that increasing the voltage slightly helped with the stability and allowed Unigine to actually run without exiting with that D3D11 error message!
From what i can see on your GPUz stats while running the game everything looks normal (your clocks (slightly over the default), gpu usage and temperatures)... but the VDDC looks suspiciously low at 0.99 volts, just a heads up, you need to keep Afterburner switched on at all times whilist playing your games, or else the new voltage settings/clocks will not hold...
Keep on testing with more DX10/11 games with the same increased voltage and keep them running longer (1 - 2 hours at least), but don't touch the clocks on Afterburner yet... hope this fix will work for your in the longer term...
If the games blacken/crash out again, increase voltage a little bit more and try again for the same amount of time, repeat until it's complete rock solid stable...
Keep us updated!
EDIT:- A PSU rated at 700W Gold should be sufficient for your rig.. so worries there
