Problem with Windows 7 shortcut icon on desktop

Hi all guys,

Please help me to find out my problem.

I use Windows 7.I delete shortcut icon of program on desktop by shift+delete key. And when I open program(it work as normal) but it show unknown icon.

I DELETE ALL SHORTCUT ICONS OF ANY PROGRAM (like MICROSOFT OFFICE, ABODE PHOTO SHOP,...) ON DESKTOP, NOW ALL THOSE PROGRAMS IS SHOWN UNKNOWN ICON IN ANYWHERE OF MY WINDOW LIKE ON TASKBAR AND START>PROGRAM.

Clear and rebuild your icon cache and see if that helps
