problem with wireless lan on dell inspiron 1545

i have a dell inspiron 1545... after sometime.. my wireless lan could not connect to a network.. wireless network.. i mean.. and if i do connect.. it disconnects after a while maybe 5 - 10 minutes... and it gets me frustrated.. i tried uninstalling it and install it once again. nothing works... i tried updating it.. its already up to dte.. i also tried using one of the advanced settings.. in its properties... but no luck at all... i can join connect to a wireless internet connection with ease.. but i have problem joining in a wireless connection from another computer.. plss help me with my problem.. thank you.....

You should first make sure you have all the Windows updates for your system installed.
1. Change the channel in the router.
2. Take the router defaults and make ONE change. Use WPA security.
