Hello...
I've just done a fresh re-install of Windows 7 (Home Premiium 64-bit)) I'm running Intel i7/8Gb Ram with two 500Gb drives -
I've also re-installed MSOffice 2007 etc use 'Print Screen' key a lot to transfer info to a Word dociument.
Previously, this resulted in a continuous document (ie page following on fromto previous)but now Word is splitting it into side-by-side view.
It's been so long since I fiddled with Word, I'm probably missing something simple to revert it to continuous page.

Can anyone help me get things back on track?

Many thanks

While I don't use Print Screen as you do, so I am not actually familiar with the operation, but it seem that it might have something to do with the size of the image you are transferring. This means Word would put them side by side. Can you make them larger or fiddle with the size to duplicate what you had before.

Do you still have some Word documents that you created before the reinstall that you can refer to for sizing etc..

Hello Ranger...thanks for your time...I did think of that sizing but don't have any previous Word Docs to refer to...I think it may have something to do with the Page Layout...but I've looked at that and can't seem to alter that other than go for 'Landscape' as opposed to 'Portrait'....grrrrr

I would not think that using landscape would be a viable alternative especially with multi page documents.
When you copy the screen & paste it to the document how does it look on the page. Can you adjust the width of it. I suppose you could try using a table & just using one cell as you can adjust the cell size as needed. This is only a suggestion & it may not work.

Is there any other way you can perform the task such as just using copy & paste.
