I does say Microsoft Office Ultimate, which is not what it says when I click Start and look at "All programs". There it just says Microsoft Office.

Microsoft Office 2007 comes in a couple of version & Ultimate is one of them.
We seem to be having some difficulty in communicating & we don't seem to be making much progress. So would it be possible for you to go back to where you got the new computer & where the guy installed & transferred your data to the new one & get him to set Word up properly for you & to help you use it.
It does seem that you need personal side by side assistance.
