Problems booting/recovering Windows 7

First time posting here on sevenforums so apologies if this is the wrong place.

Just today, I started encountering problems booting Windows 7 after install Visual Studio (which may or may not have anything to do with it). A few moments after the Windows login screen appears, the system just appears to freeze. Tried rebooting and doing a Safe Boot but that also seems to freeze or never quite finishes booting (after several minutes).

So I got out my Windows 7 install disk on DVD and my custom Windows 7 install image on USB that has the NVMe driver for the Samsung 950 Pro (where I installed the Win 7 system originally) and RAID driver for the 3x Samsung 850 Evo in a RAID5 array (just for data).

The weird thing is that the boot partition in BIOS appears to be on the RAID5 volume. I have no idea how it got there; it should be on the M.2 950 Pro.

I've tried System Recovery but only get an error saying "This version of System Recovery Options is not compatible with the version of Windows". I tried disabling the 850 Evo drives in BIOS but the System Recovery option disappeared. (I'll try disabling the M.2 drive after posting this.)

Attached are some diagnostic output files from a diskpart script and a "bcdedit /enum all" command. I'm pretty sure I can repair this problem but could use some pointers. Thanks.

Well after many hours of hair pulling, I finally got it to boot again from the original system partition on the M.2 drive. Wish I could say exactly how I did it (some combination of bcdboot commands and manual copying of a BCD file from the EFI Boot partition on the RAID drive to the primary partition on the M.2 drive).

I'm guessing this all started when I updated the BIOS which reset the RAID controller (and probably the boot priority) which forced me to rebuild the RAID volume and somewhere during the course of that the Windows Boot Manager (and all of its little Reserved and System partitions) magically migrated from my M.2 drive to the RAID drive.

What a nightmare. I don't suppose there are some tools out there that will reset this partitions back to the way they were originally? Please post if any come to mind.
