Problems with BSOD on Shutting Down or Restarting

Sorry for this being my first post, I couldn't find anywhere else to go, and I couldn't figure it out myself.
I hope I cover everything here...
Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit
I think it came with my PC...
I have uploaded my results and perfmon thing
Anymore info you need, just ask

Your Dump files indicate that your Avast software was the cause
Remove it using the removal tool or reinstall it
You can use MSE instead

Probably caused by : aswSP.SYS ( aswSP+6f3a )

Update your Realtek drivers http://218.210.127.131/downloads/

Thank you for the reply, will uninstall Avast and use MSE.
Not sure what Realtek drivers I have to update, I'm guessing my Ethernet drivers because I think that is the only Realtek component on my PC?
