Hi, My dad is having a few problems with his PC. He tried opening Disk Defragmenter earlier and got an error message saying something about task manager not being open or started. I went into where the task manager is and I kept getting another error message saying 'the remote server could not be found'

I looked online and found a few pages that suggested to disable some services and start-up programs and then restart the computer, which I did.

after this we are still getting the same error messages even though I have enabled all the services/start-up items again.

Any ideas of what I should do?

TY for reporting back, for the rep and kind words. It seems that you are not the only one with that problem. Although, I am not in the same situation, I use the software that was suggested for my own use.
