Solved Program module not found!

First, Thanks for providing this useful forum. I am not a programmer and really just barely get through most applications. Then a couple weeks ago, on reboot or startup I receive an information box that says this module not found. This information block popped up that displayed RUNDLL in upper left corner. It was just about the time period I bought a secondary market ink cartridge set. They were defective so went of course to Walmart and bought original Lexmark 2500 cartridges. However, on reboot or startup I still receive an information box that says this module not found. The title is as follows:

C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Conduit\BackgroundContainer\BackgroundContainer.dll

How is this affecting my operation? Can this module be installed or reinstalled? What is this program function? Any idea why this started to show up? What is proper action? What do I do to stop or reinstall the line above. Thank you very much. Thomas
