Solved Program Stopped responding

I recently found i have a window i cant ALT Tab to...its a bunch of numbers about 60-70 of them. It only comes up when i boot. If i leave the computer on for about 10+ Hours it finally stops responding. My brothers laptop had 15 or 20 of these on his desktop i cant necessarily search for it cause there is no true pattern... trying to get rid of it without formatting... if anyone knows what it is and / or how to get ird of it. I can get a picture if need be.

Since the 'Window/Pop-up' occurs 'while the 'Windows starts', a 'clean startup' is likely to help you isolate the root cause of the issue. If the issue persists, please share a screenshot of the 'Window' for a better understanding.
