Try this. I got my problem solved with this. Press Alt+Tab together. This will show you all the running program in your system. For your convenience, you can close all the programs than the program which is stuck minimised. In this position, you should be seeing a small window of the program with minimise, maximised and close options. With the help of left hand pressed both Alt+Tab button, with right hand on mouse, click on middle i.e maximise/Restore option. Hope this should sort out the issue.
