Pulling my hair out: BCCode 109

Hello all,

Ive been working on a clients PC for a while now that is having a BSoD. The BSoD only happens when the PC is at his house. I bring it back to the shop to check it out and it never has any issues. Ive run in depth hardware checks and burn ins on individual components such as memory, CPU, HDD and system board, and also run checks on the system globally. I have not expenenced any issues at all. Argg! I do have a .dmp file and wanted to see if yall could check it out to see what the hell is going on here. I attached the two files. Let me know if you need any other info. I did run dumpchk, but could not understand what it was telling me due to my lack of knowledge.

Thx in advance for any help.

What version are you running? was it a clean install or upgrade? the debugger sees this
Windows Server 2003 Kernel Version 3790 (Service Pack 2) MP (4 procs) Free x64
Product: WinNt, suite: TerminalServer SingleUserTS.

We dont have the symbols for that.

Let us know
Ken

Might of been better asking on an XP forum.

Maybe it's an electrical problem -- something to do with a power source at his home. Has he tried pluggin the machine into a different circuit/outlet/powerstrip?

I did give him a UPS to try out, but I dropped that off when I last picked up his PC, so that scenario has not played out.

On FZ21Z's Post, your right! Its just I have been coming here since w7 RC, and naturally come here to look for solutions, but do you have a recommendation for a good XP forum?
(I'm sure however a lot of you go back to the XP days, but I do apologize for posting in a seven forum)

I can't no, I've never joined an OS forum before this one, but others might.

No need to apologise, just don't do it again. :p

zigzag is obviously trying to help, so bear with him, I just made the suggestion as you may get a better response on a forum dedicated to XP.
