Any suggestion guys, qos packet scheduler for windows 7? I'm giving a screenshot, there is no "properties' button. Anything I should do or know that might make my connection better?

No need to disable QoS, people have taken this out of wack but QoS only kicks in when you have things that asks for QoS to run. Disabling this will not give you a boost in speed. Paying more money to your ISP will.
