Undoubtedly someone here is going to wonder why I'm even running a computer, but I lean on the old saying "The only dumb question is one you do not ask".
So, Here goes: I had several HDDs on my W-7 Ultimate x64 that were scrambled in the Hard Disk Display and decided if the drive letters were consecutive they would be 1-2-3 and easier to view. I changed them and sure enough, they were displayed on the HDD Display like I wanted them to do.
[BUT] A while later I noted the VIDEO_TS files (even though in labeled folders, were scrambled among themselves within the folders) {damn} The HDDs had mixed VIDEO_TS and .ISO files on them. As far as I can tell to date the .ISO files are still intact and only the VIDEO_TS files affected.
Could it be that because each .ISO was differently labeled and the VIDEO_TS files, because they all said "VIDEO_TS" (even though they were in differently labeled folders) were scrambled-up because they ALL had the same name within their folders?
I know the horse already left the barn, but curious as to what happened.
Appreciated
