Why is Ccleaner finding something an issue?

Particularly if removing the "issue" forces you to have to reinstall AMD drivers.

I'd quit "cleaning" it if I had to reinstall drivers every time, but that's just me.

You can uncheck the registry cleaning part of Ccleaner, otherwise - there is probably a way to exclude that particular entry from removal in the Ccleaner interface.
