16GB/s is about average for DDR3. Even better than many. I wouldn't worry about the voltage. I think you're good to go.

Did you add another/different module? That can cause memory to run slower. Or you had a lot of things running when you did the test. Your previous test was 16GB/s.

I didn't do any thing, I just wanted to test it again, and I closed every thing and I run Disk Cleanup I even restarted the pc.
I run the test right now and I found it 16084.77 MB/s again :shock: I don't know what happened !
I still can't find the Dram.

I wouldn't worry about it. It could be the chipset doesn't report on it or it's too new to be included in the software. The results of the WinSAT speed test verify that the memory is working. As mentioned earlier, you could check the voltage reported by the BIOS if you really need to know. It's not important at this time though.
