Hi All As of late experiencing; (Windows has recovered from a unexpected shutdown) reboots.
This usually shows up when unit is idle but has happened a couple of times when in active use, simply email or web use no gaming involved.
No equipment changes or peripheral/s added or removed as of recent past 8 months++.
Last time I had a major problem it was a bad video card (fix was; replacement) Current vid. card Geforce GTS 450.. Possible driver conflict/s, in/from vid card..?

Dump files attached..
Any assistance pointing me to the issue will be much appreciated, as analyzing dump files above my pay grade...My uneducated guess, it's a software conflict but where or why unknown.

Thanks Russ

These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot time.

Many 0x116, my first impression is a hardware issue but lets first see if driver updating improves system stability.
Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.

Thank you Many 0x116 for taking the time to look at my problem & the dump files...
I would say that your suggestion that it was a hardware problem (graphics board) was 100% correct.
Last Thursday morning when I went to access my unit (rig runs 24/7) neither (dual monitors) monitor would respond simply black screen...Did a reboot & could tell windows probably had booted ok (audio prompts) but still no displays.
Long story short; Pulled the video board out & replaced it with a spare G Force GTS 450 board that I had kicking around/loaded appropriate Nvidia driver package & all is back to normal..Not one reboot hick-up since board replacement.
Final analogy;hatched video board! Thanks again for your time. Russ
