Hi, bought my pc a few days and apparently something came defective, I'm having these BSOD error 0x00000124 constantly, sometimes, when it occurs, the pc does not start anymore, is
appearing BSOD whenever I try to start or even freezes the bios boot screen, or else the monitor does not detect the video signal, thought to be sofware problem, then formatted the pc and
not installed the drivers, only the network driver and the GPU, and the error continues, now suspect that be the motherboard.

The files are SF_Diagnostic_Tool when I had not updated the bios yet, but already updated and errors continue.

Sorry about my google translator english.

Hello Leandrob02 and welcome to the Forums,

All dump files point to the following cause;

Followup: MachineOwner
---------
Usual cause: Fatal hardware error.
More info :ar: Bug check 0x124.

Please preform the following hardware scans;

Stress test the CPU with IntelBurnTest.
   Note
When IntelBurnTest has crashed your system, please continue by following the BSOD posting instructions.

----------

Stress test the CPU with Prime95.
   Tip
Be sure to keep an eye on your temperatures when running these tests, especially the Large FFTs. We recommend the free utility Speedfan.
   Note
As with all hardware tests, Prime95 is not fail-safe. If the test passes for 2 hours with no errors, it is most likely to be stable. Unfortunately, it sometimes makes mistakes and gives a clean bill of health to faulty hardware.
   Note
When Prime95 has crashed your system, please continue by following the BSOD posting instructions.

----------

Stress test the graphics card using Furmark GPU Stress Test.
   Information
During the test please check the screen for artifacts.
The purpose of this test is to make your machine crash and create dump files so that we can pinpoint the cause of your problem.

   Tip
Please run Furmark once when your machine has just started, and once again when your machine has been active for several hours.

Good luck and keep us posted,
Nommy

tests performed, the problem continues.

Hello, sorry for taking so long to answer your post, I'm kinda out of time, but still not solved the problem, I performed all the tests you asked and all finished successfully.
I started to take a few pieces from my pc to a friend to test on his system, he can only perform the test on weekends so obviously the delay, anyway already tested the processor and memories, they are working, this weekend he will test the motherboard, I think that be it the villain. What do you think?

Hello Leandrob02,

Have you tested everything according to the guidelines given above?
If so, do you have specific results for me to work with (e.g. "I ran memtest for ... passes and encountered ... errors" or "I ran Prime95 and the test passed with a max temp of ... degrees")?

----------

Until specific results are given I can not form an opinion on what the problem might be.

----------

Could you please upload a new run of the SF Diagnostic Tool and list all hardware parts replaced?

----------

Please download Speccy.

  1. Download and install Speccy.
  2. Open Speccy. Click on the Summary tab.
  3. Click on File and then on Save Snapshot.
  4. Set the save location as your desktop and upload the file by following this tutorial.
    :ar: Please upload a snapshot of your machine in the following situations;
    • Idle, after startup.
    • After being used for a few hours.
Good luck and keep us posted,
Nommy
