Randomly while doing anything I will get a bluescreen. Can anyone help I attached the .zip file with all the stuff in it.

Uninstall BitDefender, at least as a test. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
