They've explained to me that it's random, whether it's my little brother playing Minecraft or video chatting with friends. I have no idea what it is, however, I have just built this PC on spare parts so it might be a hardware issue.

I concur. I would check your hardware like testing your ram, etc. and see what happens. Use a program called memtest 86+. Run several passes of that to ensure you get accurate results.

Try running a hard drive check with chkdsk. There's a tutorial on how to do that in the tutorials section here

The .dmp files contain no useful information. Please run Driver Verifier for a minumum of 24 hrs or until the PC BSOD's - follow the instructions below carefully!

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

Driver Verifier will cause your computer to run very sluggishly - this is normal. What it is trying to do is force your system to BSOD and isolate the offending driver/s. When it does, reboot, disable driver verifier, reboot as normal and upload the new dmp file/s here.

I recommend creating a system restore point before turning on driver verifier:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/697-system-restore-point-create.html

If your system fails to boot to desktop once driver verifier is enabled, turn it off by booting into Safe Mode:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/69585-safe-mode.html

I did the driver thing, everything is fine. However when I try to install Windows Defender Offline, the USB had an error. I've used the USB before to boot stuff, don't know what the problem is now.

---------
ASACPI.sys is a core component of Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility. Unfortunately its a well-documented cause of BSOD's.

Run Windows Update to see if updated versions are available for update. There might also be updates here:

If none are available, I recommend uninstalling all ASUS utility software.

ASUS shouldn't have an option to control your Gigabyte video card.

Sorry. I got confused between your System specs and the other computer you are diagnosing.

The .dmp file you uploaded clearly identifes an ASUS-related driver on the system:
Driver Reference Table

Try get Windows Offline Defender to work.
